KANEBRIDGE RESUMES 5:00 PM SAME-DAY SHIPPING GUARANTEE FROM ALL OF ITS LOCATIONS

Kanebridge is pleased to announce an immediate return to its traditional Same-Day Shipping Guarantee of 5 PM for orders placed online and designated to ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Additionally, online orders can ship via Fed-Ex when placed by 4:00 PM. This applies to all three of Kanebridge’s branch warehouses.

UPS orders placed via any other means are guaranteed to ship same-day when placed by 4:00 PM local time.
Fed-Ex orders placed via any other means will ship same-day when placed by 3:00 PM.

The cut-off for emergency air-freight orders returns to 8 PM Eastern time (based on product availability in our Bell CA branch and shipping via UPS Next-Day Air).

As always, emergency orders for will-call can be ready in one hour.

Customers who consolidate orders for pick-up on a specific day of the week—either by common carrier or by their own truck—can continue this practice.

Same-day shipment for heavier orders that must ship via common carrier is always determined by that carrier’s local schedule. Contact our Customer Service Department for more details. Our Customer Service team is available 7:30AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday thru Friday.
